This is the final trailer for victimEYES, and the most compelling. Lewis D Chaney hopes you will come to the premiere of his suspenseful feature about a young woman who narrowly evades the clutches of a diabolical serial killer. She escapes with her life, but not her sight.
The film will be featured at the Henderson, Kentucky Fine Arts Center on November 7, 2009. Tickets are $8.00 in advance and $10.00 at the box office.
And for the fans of BATMAN | Metaphors, there may be a bonus attraction. Details about that will follow during a later post.

Talk about a slow cooker, my good friend and colleague, Lewis D. Chaney has been slowly pecking away at this feature film thriller since Winter of 2005.
In Lewis’ own words, he explains the delay….
This movie was shot from August til October 2005 and is to be premiered in the fall. I have spent HUNDREDS of hours working on this since it wrapped principal photography, while balancing a family life, a full time job and other hobbies and a life in general outside this project. To turn out a one hour and fifty seven minute movie with solid production values takes time. Look at it this way, it’s like being a stuntman, if I do things correctly, you will never know I was there. Just the editing alone takes time, not to mention polishing the scenes, tweaking them, color timing every shot, cleaning audio, adding sound effects, music, and special effects. It’s very time consuming work.
Check out the official trailer prior to victimEYES upcoming world premiere, then friend the movie on FACEBOOK

Here is a note posted on FACEBOOK by Kristine Farley, the talented young actress playing Harley Quinn in our fan film…
This past weekend we had shoot days 2 & 3 for Batman: Metaphors. These were the first shoot days for me. Had the time of my life. How can one not when one is playing Harley Quinn, a sociopathic harlequin in love with a serial killing clown?I was in make-up for roughly 2 hours, a little less on the 2nd day. The first shoot day we concentrated on the first fight sequence between me and Batman. Teehee. I fight Batman. How many people can say that and be completely serious? I’ve seen some of the footage & it looks great. When it’s all edited & cut in the different angles, it will look so badass. This movie will be the talk of fanboys everywhere (and fangirls too!). I also sustained minor injuries…bruises on my arms from having to move around in a metal chair while my arms were tied behind my back. *makes pitiful face*
For shoot day two, we finished the fight scene shots. I sustained a more serious injury…a cut on my hand. The little fucker bled like no body’s business! And it’s such a tiny thing too. I’m good now, though.
. It seems movies & injuries are a pair that must always be together. I got a concussion from zombies and a cut while fighting Batman. Great stories, though. We also shot a scene where the Joker crashes a mobster get together. Similar to the “magic pencil” scene in The Dark Knight. I had my first official make-up job for a movie. I did the make up for Bernie, the fish. I did his lips. There is a picture available in the Batman: Metaphors album for your viewing pleasure. Also, in this particular scene, I wear a bikini. This is the most skin I’ve shown on camera by a long shot, but everything turned out well. I got to kill a man with a fish. No, Bernie did not survive the night. This is the first time I’ve gotten to kill anyone for a movie or play. It was great fun.
We’re going to continue with filming this weekend as well, I believe & I will definitely have more pics then too.
I’ve also got an audition for a paid acting job in Louisville tomorrow. So wish me luck on that!!!
