victimEYES is the story of serial killer Jason Karnes,  who has already killed 12 young college girls and is working on number 13 when he gets caught.  In his haste to complete the job, he manages only to blind Janet Kessler. For 13 months he has seethed in a jail cell while she has imprisoned herself in her home. Fearful of leaving a world she knows for one she no longer does, Janet is trying to cope with her life. Karnes has a plan and if it goes his way, she will not have to worry about coping anymore.

Auteur Lewis D Chaney‘s feature film debut stars Keychain-Productions regular, Seth Cheek and introduces Katie Morton.

Julie Payne Kirchmeier, Frank Furbush, Larry Colbert, Ashley Sides, Mark Atchison and Craig Wolf round out the excellent cast.
